Delivery info


I aim to dispatch goods to you within 3 days from receipt of the order. Orders are processed Tuesday to Friday. Once dispatched delivery is usually between 3-5 working days. In the event of non-delivery please inform us preferably within 14 days.

Please do allow a little extra time for delivery during the pandemic. Especially if you are in a high risk area.

Where Do We Deliver?

At present, Fallow & Fern only delivers to the UK.

If you live in the Channels Islands and have a UK postcode please get in touch before making a purchase to ensure we can fulfill your order.

If you wish to use a third party such as AddressPal or Parcel Motel for example to get your parcel from the UK to your address then I can not be held responsible for any damages once it leaves the UK. If your third party does not notify you of any problems before they dispatch then I assume the parcel arrived in good condition. I will not refund you for products damaged in transit.

Delivery Charges

Fixed rate of £4.95 per order (excluding handmade lampshades, handmade lamps and Hogben Pottery).

Handmade lampshades, lamps and Hogben Pottery are posted at a fixed rate of £6.95.

You can collect any products from my shop at the Coates English Willow Visitor Centre in Stoke St Gregory, Taunton. The shop is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11am till 3pm. Just select “collect from shop” as your postage option at the checkout.

Fallow & Fern tries to be as environmentally friendly as possible so I will try and reuse packaging received from other suppliers where possible.

Returns Policy

I are happy to replace/refund any goods that are unsatisfactory for your use, faulty, or damaged. I may ask you to return the items. These must be returned to me (if they haven’t arrived damaged) complete, in perfect condition, clearly unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. I can not refund you if the item(s) arrive back to me damaged.

Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with at least 2 photos of the item(s) if damaged. Ensure that the item(s) are packaged carefully and a certificate of posting is obtained from the Post Office (no cost) or use a trackable courier service such as Hermes. Ensure your name and address are enclosed together with your item(s). Please make sure your item(s) is posted within 3 working days of making contact and agreeing to return the item(s).

Please note, refunds will not be given until the item(s) has/have been received safely.

Unfortunately I cannot refund return delivery charges or the postage cost when placing your order unless the item you received was incorrect, damaged or faulty.

To return any products please contact me. Please state the reason for returning, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Fallow & Fern cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if returning. If this occurs unfortunately I will not be able to refund you.
